San Marcos has over 80 Girl Scout troops involved in a wide range of activities from community service to camping. This site is designed to be used by our troop leaders as an ongoing resource, and by parents when they are interested in becoming leaders or getting their daughters into Girl Scouts. New Leaders are always welcome! We encourage you to join Girl Scouts with your daughter and become part of our community of volunteers. Journey series - Three workshops for Brownies and Juniors to do journey activities. Choose one or go to all, it's up to you! Daisy Day - A San Marcos tradition, this day is special for the Daisies. Many more events are in the planning stages! See our events page for a list. (User ID and password required to view events info.) 7-8pm All volunteers who work with girls and/or money must have a background check. There is no fee for this and it's easy to do. First contact your troop organizer or Suzy Hosie for the password. Then go to council's website and follow the instructions.
